The process flow

The final process of steel ball production, namely, automatic cleaning of steel ball, automatic appearance detection (automatic rejection of unqualified products), automatic rust prevention, counting and packaging, are the key to affect the quality of steel ball. The appearance inspection of steel ball is an indispensable process in the process of steel ball processing. The appearance inspection of steel ball mainly includes surface scratch, rust, surface spots and so on. Steel ball production process: stamping - polishing - quenching - hard grinding - appearance - polishing - cleaning - rust - finished product packaging.
